    These are my offset smokers from China

    It took me three years from my first online-bought offset to my current custom-built one. Now I have three 90gallon and one 260 gallon. And we are having the next 500 gallon on going.

    Having used them for a few months now, I start to know them better. The 260 eats wood a lot, while those 90s can keep heating with small amount of wood for 30 min no problem.

    Well, there is no text book here in China, not in our language, that's why I love to keep learning from here and you more. Thanks for everything I learnt from here and Youtube.

      No I cannot sell them because they are not mature yet and the production is too long with the factory being busy.

                        Very nice. Love to see the craftsmanship in homemade smokers. Great work. What do you primarily cook on your smokers?

                          I cook brisket a lot, also boston butt and sometimes beef chuck.
