Football season is in high gear so last weekend, I fired up my LSG 20x42 offset & smoked a few racks of spare ribs & some chicken breasts. The chicken was good, but the ribs turned out great!
Nice job Ken you are really starting to dominate that LSG! Next time try to wet brine those chicken breasts. I use a brine mix from Oak Ridge BBQ. It makes it easy to brine as all the ingredients are right in the mix.
