Wow, their rib packs seem pretty reasonable!! They also have fancy cuts. It doesn’t indicate they have heritage breeds but if you want a fancy bone in roast this is an option 🐖🐖🐖🔥🔥🐿️
I’d agree pricing is probably reasonable but I suspect when you factor in 2 day shipping costs, this is probably a local-only deal. The free shipping with minimum order size at Porter Road, Creekstone, and Snake River Farms really helps.
Yes, I regularly get my meat from them. I've been out to the farm and my butcher down the road gets their meat from them. I have a pork butt and a chuck roast of theirs sitting in my fridge right now.

I guess I could texastweeter but I’m just the “chef” cooking off samples for the trade show attendees. Of course, I’m there with the sales people, etc. so I’ll get the whole story about the operation. Maybe I will……
I don't think I have ever personally gotten anything from them, but do know they have quality products from others around that have. I have been to a couple local restaurants that source their meats from Carlton Farms. They're about 1 1/2 hrs (~45 miles) from where I live.

I was just looking at some of the exhibitors (mapping out where I will get my tea, etc) and saw that we are one booth over from the beer garden and one of my neighbors is Blues Hog! And I also noticed that Kosmos will be there too.
ya know… I will do a “day in the life” of the show! Should be fun.
