I built my first project back in the fall of 2019. I am not smart enough to share a link . If ya look under the meat processors in mn tab ya should be able to find it.

All the best to you with your new venture.
I am a bit curious though.... if this is all the further along you are in construction, what exactly is it that is being USDA inspected? Or, did you mean building inspection?

This is just going to be my retail store. I have a separate processing facility a couple miles north of the new store.

At this rate, you'll have your new store open in no time. Looks like it's coming along nicely. Hope everything continues without a hitch.

Congratulations once again and all the best.
It's fantastic to see things moving the way they are. Let us know what are the products you will be selling. Wondering how many different lines you may be doing now.

                    Looks great!

And that is great about becoming fed inspected. Will open many more avenues for you.

Given what is sure to be a crazy beef market over the next year or so, being able to do custom label work will be valuable. Hopefully you have some producers around your location that would like to sell pieces rather than just quarters!

Good luck! One of my business partners does what you do - - and I respect the heck out of people that do that! Great for the local community, for producers in the area, consumers, your employees, etc.

Thanks it is coming along slower than I hoped but that is usually how it goes.. I was a state Inspected equal to plant before so with the headaches of dealing with usda at this point I am not sure it is even worth it!! They have a completely different style and vibe when they are at the shop, it is like an us vs them mentality. With the state they seem to be a partner to help a guy do it right and safe.
