I just joined from Milton, Delaware. I have a GMG Daniel Boone that I've added a GMG rotisserie to. I found a 17" long basket that fits my ribs for the rotisserie and it has improved the quality of my ribs. I use the Memphis Dust rib with half a bottle of Grill Mates Honey Hickory Rub added. About 4 hours at 225 degrees. Spritz with a 50/50 mix of apple juice and apple cider vinegar once or twice. For the last 1/2 hour I mop a 50/50 mix of apple cider and Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar bbq sauce. I find the sauce is too thick to use out of the bottle. This gives a light "glaze" on the ribs that gives a nice flavor add without the thick sauce. I've been a lurker here for a couple of years and I need to learn more from good people.
