Thanks for the cooker list - we'll have to see what you do with those next! I seem to prefer cooking pork, but I do a beef roast every two weeks to slice into lunchmeat, and a couple beef meals a month as well. Seems pork is on the menu a couple times a week, and a spatchcocked chicken comes off a kettle once a week too.Last edited by JGo37; September 19, 2020, 12:07 PM.
