    Greetings!

    Hi all. I have years of grilling experience but have never really taken it seriously until now. I want tasty, tender ribs, brisket, pork, chicken and whatever else I learn to cook here. Current tools include a Weber Kettle, a cheap barrel charcoal smoker, a cheap offset smoker, and a new Pit Boss Pellet grill/smoker. Since buying my PB, I have smoked ribs, brisket, pork loin, and a roast. All have turned out good but not like I want. Look forward to learning all I can from this site and you folks!
