            I hear you about the grilling and smoking thing. This is absolutely the best website/club on the planet for learning and taking it to the next level. Also highly recommend Meathead’s book, as well as Aaron Franklin’s .... that combination got my brisket to a whole different leve.

                Welcome to the Pit... there are some real genius cookers out there so hold on to you lug nuts! I been BBQ cooking for over 50 years and learn something new from this site and these folks all the time, and yes Meathead's book is a great bible to worship BBQ on.
