          Seriously though, I seem to recall you mentioning back then that you were getting involved in coaching a wrestling (or maybe another sport?) team and your work life was getting hectic.

          Sounds like you're still busy but, luckily for us, you're finding some time to post here. I always enjoyed reading your posts and trying your recipes. Welcome back.

            thanks so much .... very big new job, daughter who competes at state/national level in cheer, another daughter involved theater, son just out of college, 2 dogs, 7 chickens .... and the Pit, too?

            Chuck Roast turned out pretty good .... Wife was happy with it .... said "it's just like your brisket, but cheaper" :-D

            Next time I'm going to cook to the point where I can shred and make tacos
