Thanks for the follow on IG, your pics looks great bud! How do you like the Pit Boss? I see them around everywhere here in Ohio. Took me a long time to decide between a Boss or the Traeger.
Oh trust me I feel very much like a rookie! I have a lot of work to do on holding temps for longer cooks on the PK and PBC for sure, but have been working on those!
Welcome from WI. Your cooking looks great but I will say that if your wife let you add all those quality cookers in that short a timespan, well sir you picked a good one.
You will learn a lot from all the seasoned pros here. I do every day. Looking forward to your progress and the photo proof.

Welcome from AZ! You are a very fortunate man to have such a wise wife! She obviously knows that the true way to a man's heart is to make sure he smokes a lot! Looking forward to seeing more great pics of your cooks!
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Welcome to the Pit from Alabama! Man, those are some FINE looking cooks in your photos. It looks like you are ready to teach us a thing or two! Your wife is a wise lady, gifting you a membership here. It's a great community and there is so much to learn and teach. My biggest issue with the Pitmaster club is that I have seen so many interesting recipes and cooks on here that I will never have time to make it all myself...
