    Hello from Central Arkansas

    Just finished reading Meathead's book. Highly recommended. Recently bought a large BGE. Prior to this i cooked on a Weber, burgers and steaks mostly, and mostly just winging it. Recently retired but i would categorize myself as inexperienced in BBQ and grilling.

    Using the knowledge here and at the bge forum really has helped getting up to speed.
