wow, how did you manage to get that clip to stick to the air?
ummm, i may not be following your point, so forgive me...... but the first probe in the meat tells me when the internal temp of the meat has reached the point i want, the other probe on the grate/grid gives me the temp at grate/grid level, and the gauge on the top of the BGE give me the dome temp of the BGE.
on the other hand, it does kinda remind me of how my friday college nights ended up....
