Beer? - Samuel Smiths Old Brewery Bitter - nectar of the gods!!
Just thought I'd say a big hello from across the pond in the UK.
Using the tips, recipes and all from this site has turned me from an average smoker to a master of the WSM (ok, maybe not a master, but you know, a lot better than I was)!!
Best BBQ site ever.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Will get that sorted in the next day or so.

Thanks for the warm welcome.
botfx - of course I drink my scotch neat. It would be criminal to do it any other way!!
BBQLipscken - The S Smith chocolate stout is good but I prefer the Taddy Porter or Oatmeal Stout in bottle. Also, their Stingo is out the this world.
