Hello from Black Diamond, Washington!

I'm 26 years old. My girlfriend bought me a Traeger Texas 34 about 4 months ago and we have been using it 4 nights a week since. (She says I have a problem because my freezer is STOCKED). After some very successful cooks (Pulled pork, brisket, and ribs) I can't wait to see what new recipes I can find.

Welcome to The Pit. I think you found this site just in time Justin. I suggest smokin' a chuck roast. They are just as easy as a butt, and you can use the meat lots of ways: on a bun, in tacos, in chili, for a Phili cheese steak, on a pizza, and the list goes on and on.
