    Welcome! Happy to have you here and thanks for the support! Very nice looking ribs. Something I only did once was sauce early in the cook. The sauce being moist sucked up too much smoke and ruined them. If I sauce I do it at the very end now. Usually I don't though.

    When you have a second, give this thread a once over. There is some important information for you. This information will ensure you get the most out of your experience here in The Pit.

    New to Smoking from Hudson, Floirsa

    I am new to the smoking scene . I received a smoker as a gift in December. I have smoked Ribs, Pork Butt, Chicken wings all using direction from the site. The came out great, and the tips from this site made me want to join the Club. Glad to be here and great to meet you all.

    Attached is my first attempt at ribs. They came out great, but learned to cut down on the bbq sauce after this one.
