Ive followed this website for a year or two now but just now signing up to the forum. I have a vertical propane smoker, nothing fancy... and have smoked a good bit since starting a couple years ago. I’ve been researching pellet grills as a hope to one day replace my smoker and grill with one device and it seems like the camp chef woodwind is where it’s at to serve the dual purpose.
Anyways - I’m here to learn and continue researching, but in the meantime, here’s a pic of the last brisket done. Family and friends came out of the woodwork and a 13lb brisket didn’t last long.
