Welcome from Northern CA. I have Tom Brady as my QB1 in Fantasy Football this year Thank goodness I'm not a New England fan. Fans there are crazy. They are calling for him to be an ex-Pat! Have fun with the Q.

JCBBQ - Hahahaha. I only got 10 points from him yet I'm still happy the pick. I couldn't read any more critiques from his part of the football world. I'm sticking with him.

Welcome from Colorado. Have been to your city a few times on my travels and Munich is my favorite European city by far; heading there (again) for a family vacation next summer.

          Hey Everyone,

Servus! thank you for the warm welcome! For the answer it was lachs/salmon that we were smoking on the first go. Fish came out ok, the recipe let it down so we just need to try a different one next time around. Already doing some research on that. Yup, I and my wife are transplanted Americans, wandering this blue marble we call home. Military then government and now commercial, maybe one day I'll grow up and know what I want to be...maybe.

Greetings from the Great Lakes (and GREAT Beer) State of Michigan! I love a good Munich Helles. One of my favorite styles. Sadly there are very few good Commercial examples here in Michigan. So I have to make it myself.....Cheers! And Welcome to The Pit!!
