    hello Everyone,

    I am an expat living in the land of Weiss and Helles beers.

    I am re-entering the world of grill/smoking, spent too much moving around and it wasnt worth attempting moving a grill internationally. So, I just purchased a GMG Daniel Boone and hovering over our first true dinner using it. I think my wife wants to kill me...its after 2000 and we started 3.5 hours ago...maybe we started a bit late? hmm i think i need to sleep lightly tonight. give her more alcohol...

                      Willkommen, Herr Erick. I have that same smoker. You didn't mention what you were cooking, but 3.5 hours would be on the short end of most BBQ. Baby backs might be possible in that time.

                      Anyway, there's a lot of reading here to help you out. Enjoy the new toy!
