24 year old Weber 22 kettle, Slow'n'Sear
I used a local store bought rub and sauce, JAYD"S. It is made by Jay Ducote, he was a contestant on the Food Network a while back and he is from here. I use Kingsford briquettes. In all honesty the rub and sauce were my least favorite part of the cook.
