    Yeah I bought a brisket online a couple months ago probably, since it was cheaper online. It was $65 plus shipping for a full packer. Two weeks later the price shot up from $65 to $99 for the exact same cut. Many of us are feeling the pain on beef. I eat lots of chicken now, occasionally pork. Even hamburger is getting pricey.

    I love to cook ribs, pork shoulders, chicken. I haven't had a lot of practice on brisket though I want to master it. Beef is expensive right now so it might be a while.

    When you get a minute check out Pit Boss' Welcome & Announcements channel, as well as the tips posts in that channel. These will help you learn your way around The Pit, as well as set up your signature (tip #1) with your equipment. There's also a post that explains the best way to post nice big pics here... we like to see bragging pictures of your equipment and your cooks.
