Hi all!
I am thrilled to join the Pit! One day, perhaps, I will have the pleasure to meet and eat with some of you!
I am a back-to-the-roots kinda smoke head, hobby-chef and food lover, from the land of the Vikings, Norway. My current "pit" is a Weber kettle. Im dreaming of a back-yard where I can set up a smoker and a fire-pit for a different kind of BBQ than what I can do on the balcony...
Anyways, nice "meeting" y'all. Should you ever visit this neck of the woods, let's meat (!) too!
