Wife got me a very nice Char Broil Charcoal grill but since my family is growing I don’t have the time to sit and watch the coals, add wood chunks, rotate meat, etc.
Looking to getting a Pellet Grill/Smoker to better cook for my family and friends.
BBQing, Grilling and Smoking is becoming one of the last great American pastimes.
