Hello fellow bbqers!!

Im Maggie and I have a big interest in all things cooking especially BBQ and smoking. Have less experience in the smoking department but ya learn by doing….or doing and screwing it up😂! Recently bought my first Traeger and have been using it quite a bit. Messed a few things up but have enjoyed some successes too! This site has been super helpful in correcting the errors of my ways😂!

My day job is providing care as an NP(nurse practitioner) in a family practice office here in Brookings. Weekends are spent doing outdoor activities including grilling and smoking.

Looking forward to exchanging ideas here in this awesome forum!!
