My current cookers include a Shirley Fabrication 24x36 patio model; Weber Performer with the Slow-n-Sear 2.0 & Drip & Griddle; Pit Boss Series 2 propane smoker & SnS Travel Kettle.
Straight Whiskey: I'm a bourbon guy. All time favorite Pappy Van Winkle 12 year. Standard go to Blantons
Blended Whiskey: James Oliver American Whiskey
I also enjoy an occasional cigar
Welcome from upstate NY. Kettles are very versatile and a wonderful choice for experimenting with so many techniques. That said after many years using a kettle, I'm looking to move on to a Hasty Bake.

Sweet! If I ever win the grand prize, I think I would choose that...
We're going to require 4 million pictures though...
It's the rule. I didn't make it up. Ask anyone...Last edited by Allon; December 11, 2022, 05:28 PM. Reason: Okay... Maybe not 4 million. I guess I DID make that up.

Greetings from SW Florida. After many years of gas-only cooking with Webers, I added a 26-inch Weber Kettle with the Slow & Sear about 3 years ago. Really cheap and versatile, as you know. I finally bought a HB 357 Pro during their Labor Day sale. Whatever HB model you are considering, my advice to you is....don't wait!

Gear: 26" Weber Kettle and Pit Barrel Cooker
Accessories: Spider Venom fan, and SnS Temp probes.
I enjoy cooking ribs (pork or beef), pork belly, brisket, burgers, ribeyes, chicken (usually boneless/skinless thighs), and skirt steak for carne asada.
Beverages - Alcohol isn't my jam.

Welcome from northern Iowa. You are almost straight north from where I live west of Mason City. When we drive to our kids in Lakeville, MN from our retirement home on the south end of Lake Okoboji one of our options is to drive through Mankato. Home of the Happy Chef!
