I’m excited to have stumbled upon this group. I consider myself a newbie. Bought a Camp Chef pellet grill a little over a year ago. And I’ve had fun and gotten good results playing with it.
That said, it seems like a “gateway” smoker/grill, and I’m exploring the pros and cons of kettles, PKs and komados in this forum. Having a blast doing so. I quickly realized there is too much knowledge and experience for me to absorb.

Been smoking a handful of years, just got serious in the last two or three years. Thanks to AR n @glemn picked up an SnS Kamado for appx 1/3 price of new. I dont think he used it twice. Love AR! keep calm n smoke on! Miss you Bonesy.
