New member here, but longtime lurker at AmazingRibs. I smoke on a Pit Barrel Cooker, usually pork, but also sometimes beef chuck or brisket or short ribs. I feel like I've got enough experience to start really tinkering with my techniques and my setup, so I'm looking to learn from other people. Thanks!
