New member from north central Alberta, Canada. Consider myself a low to medium BBQer, most cooked pork ribs, beef ribs, steak, brisket (still to be mastered). Cookers I use Louisiana smoker, Weber 22â€, Bradley, gas grill. We have a short season, April to September ( October maybe) although the Louisiana smoker works to about -20 (-3 to -5 F) . Looking forward for help with brisket.
