    Uuni Pro arrives

I know I claimed to have gotten MCS under control, but I forgot I'd ordered this back in the spring. This runs on pellet, sticks, charcoal or gas. It's big enough for a 16" pizza and there're room inside for a small roast and other food. Weighs about 65 lbs, so it's "luggable".

Not tonight - raining like crazy. But, I have the week off from work, and the wife is raring to make dough!

Yeah, and I'm looking forward to using something that can burn wood and get super-hot! Excluding the KBQ firebox grill.

Pretty cool. Let’s see that bad boy in action.

I'm assuming you're asking about the smokestack? It has a plant behind it and is still in its plastic wrap, so it looks a bit strange.

I had to go check it out on youtube bc I couldn't figure out from your picture how it worked. Now I get it. That's a really sweet rig. Can't wait to see what you make in it.

Let the Dodgers make the decision. If they only win the division, you don't need it. But if they win the league pennant and make it to the World Series, you get one. Go Dodgers!

That was me. I did the pre-order and canceled it twice (this was on IndieGoGo). But it just wouldn't leave me alone. So then I asked my wife what she thought. It was all over.

EdF I also thought I had my MCS under control but I remember when I saw that cooker it took me a lot of control to resist, I was strong but now feeling weak again. Looking forward to your experience with that puppy, keep us informed and of course with pics.

There are plenty of people here who do pizza in a kettle - go for it.

Yep, and I've done it plenty of times in the BGE. This is for convenience and the use of wood.

Everyone's trying to get their MCS under control, I'm just trying to keep mine from starting! Wait, why would I want to do that??? That glorious piece of equipment you have there should put my attempts to perfect pizza on my kettle to shame. Looking forward to seeing it in action.

To gain control of MCS you say? It is futile.

20" x 29". Depending on what fuel attachment you're using, it could stretch a few more inches in length.

That’s not bad. I guess the picture makes it look bigger.
