Based on the configuration, is there any type of bbq you cannot do with this. Every cook, every national style, no limit.

Huskee, it would take a complete mastery of wood fire but I remember an episode of PBS's Rachlens series where he was in Brazil or Argentina with something like this and they did a butt or a brisket on one of this style of grill and it turned out real pretty. I'll have to look for it, I'm a PBS member.
