I had both. Ended up giving the BS to my son in law. The CC is built better and does everything I throw at it very well. Use it all the time when the weather is nice
Thanks for all the useful comments. At the end of the day, I can't say one is far superior over the other. People love them both. Blackstone seemed to be first, at least in market consciousness, and helped lead the way to outdoor flat top gas griddle love. When they came out we actually had a debate whether we should even review them, as outdoor griddling was not barbecue. At the time, I was already seeing the strong positive reaction from buyers and decided it was worth bringing to the attention of our readers.
