If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
After the breakfast fiasco, I followed that up with a knock-off recipe for Cracker Barrel grilled chicken tenderloins today (stellar!). Tomorrow is smash burgers. I can see using this thing almost daily.
Full disclosure: When I read the title, I came in here thinking I was going to see pics of a newborn or maybe even a puppy. But wasn't too surprised when I realized what group this is and of course it was a picture of a awesome looking flattop cooker.
