After the breakfast fiasco, I followed that up with a knock-off recipe for Cracker Barrel grilled chicken tenderloins today (stellar!). Tomorrow is smash burgers. I can see using this thing almost daily.

Full disclosure: When I read the title, I came in here thinking I was going to see pics of a newborn or maybe even a puppy. But wasn't too surprised when I realized what group this is and of course it was a picture of a awesome looking flattop cooker.

I had zero time for pics today, but the smash burgers turned out friggin' awesome! Nice dark brown crust and crispy edges like I was going for.
