Fer Father's Day, actually a few days early, Rickie got him a 28" Blackstone Griddle, courtesy of his lovely bride, Jordan...

I was there, fer th last seasonin run, an th first food cooked, an will share some exclusive photos...

Since he told me he had zero experience, previous, cookin on a flattop, I offered up some tips/tricks, here an there, but was also immediately apologetic bout bein an Ol Mother Hen...Rickie allowed that it was okay, an proceeded, accordingly, despite:

Great looking cooking, you pupil seems to be a quick learner.
There was one of these flattops for sale in the dent and bang section of Canadian Tire.
$500 unit on sale for $100, a return because it was missing parts including leg supports.
I passed now I'm kicking myself, then again I don't have a break press sitting around to fashion metal parts.
