I have one on my 16' smoker Trailer. Older model. Top comes off. Griddle or grate combo unit. Pancakes eggs bacon for breakfast. Burgers and dogs for lunch and smoked meat out of my smoker for supper. Wind is your biggest challenge, at least in North Dakota anyways , cool temps don't help either. I put a top on it to help with that. Raised a little heck with my knobs. But unit has stood up very well. Pull it as far as 250 miles one way. I'd say go for it!

I think you may know but I pulled the FULL PRICE trigger on the Blackstone Pro Series. Ive only used it about 6 times but it has been MONEY. That sucker is solid compared to the 36’s I’m familiar with. It’s pretty to look at and I like the drawers, hidden tank and the lard cover. I think it 200lbs per the box. The regular 36 canvas cover does not fit it or it’s operator error.
YO â¤ï¸ My Pro series.
