Once I had th veggies n bacon lookin like I wanted em to, I jus sorta scootched em over to th cooler side, dragged some more bacon/sausage grease outta th corner, an smeared it around to make a happy landin place fer my dozen of eggs...
Then, I throwed my dozen of eggs up on there, mixed in with th prepared veggies n bacon bits.
Most of em immediately ran right over to th corner where yall see th bacon grease pooled up, above, so I had to do some corallin with my spatula, repeatedly, until they started to firm up, some.
(Actually, that was a good thing: it meant I had my surface temp down to where it needed to be, an they did not immediately flash off, or stick.
)
I only got a few egg cookin shots, cause I was powerful busy, corallin...

Oh, yes, indeed, Brother!
I had already been up 6.5 hours, at final pic point, it was ~90° in th shade, which me an my griddle were not in, an I was a touch thirsty.
Actually, th Guinness was never finished, cause after we all ate until we were debilitated ( Neighbours, their dogs, my other neighbour's dog, Smokey, an my self), we all had a good nap, to git ready fer th next round.

Dang, Mr. Bones. I know MCS is incurable, but up until your post I've been able to resist a Blackstone. You're killin' me heah.

Well, I was about sold. At $199, I wasn't going to resist anymore, but it seems they've gone back up nearly everywhere. WalMart is at $250 and that's the lowest I found. Dick's Sporting Goods has it at $250 with 20% coupon for any purchase today, but as for me, I'd rather go without anything than to buy from them. So if ya'll see it for $200 anywhere, let me know.

Superb job Mr. Bones looks fantastic! I was wondering about taters but that looked satisfying enough. I've been using the Simply Potatoes in the bag they work excellent on the griddle and are a great time saver over prepping regular potatoes and taste just as good.
My Dad gave me a tip on making fluffy scramble eggs a long time ago. Add 1Tbs. of Club Soda per egg and whisk it in. Really adds a nice fluff to em.
