Well, I never thought about using an outdoor griddle until I started seeing posts here and the wonderful things some of you were cooking on it. I was at my wife's uncles house last weekend and he had a 36" Blackstone sitting on his back porch. I asked him what he thought and he said he loves it and if I was considering getting one I should do it. Well I now own one. My first cook yesterday was fajitas and I loved using it. I can tell already this thing is going to come in very handy.

I saw one of these Blackstones in person for the first time last week and was very impressed. Seems like they are very well built and would be a blast to cook on!

I use my BS more on a day to day basis than any other cooker I own. I'll smoke a brisket on Sunday, then use the BS to make pressed brisket cubans, pulled beef sandwich, fajitas, etc the rest of the week.Comment

I seared some steaks on mine just the other day and after that I threw some butter on it and cooked some eggs. Best fried eggs I have ever had. Steak and eggs what could be better right!Comment

Oh yeah! That looks great. The Blackstone is a blast to cook on. I love mine too. I use it all the time. (Much to the chagrin of my cast iron collection)
