5 Cheese grilled sandwiches, using mayo instead of butter to brown them.
Also add bacon and tomato.
It is great doing bacon on it. Keeps the smell out of the house.

Excuse me. Is that not a Griddle and not a grill?
I'm just a little confused.
My son-in-law cooks on a Blackstone flat top. Makes me want to get one.
He can cook a boat load for food at one time.
