I’ve had smokers and grills of all sorts. I just bought a Blackstone and I was wondering if there was any recipes here that I could use for this new grill? All I’ve done now is hamburgers and steaks and I’ve really love the way it sears the meat but I was wondering how would you do ribs on this or should I get out by other grill for ribs? I have it really nice and cured and I love the way it cooks so evenly so far! So I will be looking around the website for other people that are using this grill. It’s right outside my kitchen and I hope to use it. year around. We live in the south and we have mild winter Conditions. But that makes no difference when I was in Michigan I used to grill year-round also with snow on the deck.😂

Welcome from Cincy Ohio! Kim n I recently did pizza. Unroll yer preMade dough on a well oiled flat top. Brown crispy on both sides. Did I say well oiled? When browning the second side put veggies on the already browned side with sauce first.
Last thing before pulling it off, add cheese. Amazing!
I have an old grill top with vent that fits my flat top perfectly. Cover pizza after veggies and they will steam done. It does not take anytime at all so do not burn it. I cooked mine on low. I always use low heat except stirfry.
