This is awesome....and I know a bit how you felt. My wife did something similar to surprise me with my Grilla Grills Chimp.

First cook- Jalapeño hash browns, bacon and smash burgers. And yes, saved just enough bacon to top the burgers.

jfmorris I like to throw in sweet pepper when I make hash browns but I ran out. But found a monster size jalapeño in the draw so I substituted it into the recipe. Good potatoes with a bit of kick.
