I finally got my first cook in on the Pit Boss griddle. Like others have noted, the 2-burner is hotter on the right side i think due to the burner configuration - the right is straight with a line of gas holes on each side, while the left side is covered by a loop shaped burner that does not have gas holes its entire length. Mine got to 460*-ish on the right and 380*-ish on the left.
Anyhow, the outside heat here is over 90* during the afternoon/evening, and with the hand surgery, I went with a couple of cheeseburgers. As others have noted, cleanup is a breeze (could have used one from Mother Nature with this heat). I mean, swipe the oil and debris to the drain hole, then wipe with paper towels. Man oh man, the effortless cleanup, compared the Blackstone cast iron griddle I had is sweeeet!
After 15 mins of heating, the patties got on - 1/2 lb each.

3 mins on each side, then add the cheese:

The finished product. 7 minutes to cook to medium, and very juicy!
