      OK, I feel better now. I took a little over three hours, but that included dodging some rain and answering endless "why don’t you try it this way?" questions from the only helper I could recruit. It was not the friend I mentioned earlier, but she was hot stuff back before electricity was invented. No burn in or first cook today, as I promised the hot babe I’d make her a Detroit style pizza,

      Ok I finally did a serious and thorough check of temps on my 3 burner. Way hotter than I thought. After just 10 minutes with all burners on high. Temps were 420 along the edges and 500-585 everywhere else. I was hungry so I said good enough and tossed the bacon and burgers on. They were great btw. 👍😊

        Based on a number of comments on FB they're in tight supply right now anyway. Although, it wouldn't surprise me if by Black Friday there'll be some deals to tempt you earlier than you plan.
