Weber Perfomer+SNS including grill&elevated+Fireboard 2 Drive

Pretty dang good setup. Hard to screw things up (especially if you include sous vide to finish on the longer stuff). I don't cook for more than 10-12.

Excellent setup, but very tight n cooking space if using the SnS and cooking for 10-12 people at the same time.

Edit the above to say that "tight on space" unless you're doing a large cut such as a brisket or pork butt, which would feed a lot of people. Steaks for a crowd would be a problem if everyone is to be served at the same time..
