Spider Pellet adapter for Weber 22"

Came across this on YouTube today. It looks like it been out for about a year. Has anybody gotten this or has Amazing Ribs reviewed it. I can not find anything on the Pit about it.

There are other videos on YouTube of people using it for pork butt, ribs and brisket.

Their website lists it at $279 with free shipping. That seems pretty reasonable if it works like its supposed to.

It' looks easy to install, I did not see any smoke but the tritip had a good color.

I guess the use case is if you want a super cheap pellet grill and retain the option to use charcoal.

I dunno. My first thought was why not buy a Fireboard and get an better experience.

I just don’t get it. Another piece of equipment and doesn’t really improve anything for me. Might be of use to others tho. I just don’t need more attachments for something that works fine all by itself. Maybe I’m wrong, I kinda like the kettle for what it already does.
