The EasyLog EL-USB-LITE Data Logger measures temperatures from -10 to +50°C (+14 to +122°F) within 1 degree of accuracy (2°F) and a logging rate of 1 sample every 30 minutes.
tdimond I get the joke you are making here, but I wouldn't suggest this DAQ at all. High side temp is only 122°F and it takes 1 sample every 30 minutes......maybe that's just the joke
FireMan Yep. $175 with a cover. Looks to be in great shape. I have been checking FB Marketplace and Craigslist daily for a couple years. This is the first 26 I have seen.
JeffJ Yeah, I will probably use my regular SNS in the 26 for now but definitely want to get the XL at some point. Actually I want 2 of them so I can use them in the Ranch as well since they aren't making the RKE any more.
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Haha that’s what I did last year - I justified it as being ‘necessary’in order to cook the 4 turkeys I was asked to cook last November. The Drip ‘N Griddle and Easy Spin grate snuck in over the next 12 months.
What is her email address? If you send me money to buy what I want, and my wife won't let me buy, I will never tell. Lock Stock and Barrel - Married 30 years this year but she started finding out about (what is now known as MCS) purchases in year -2. Your 30 year rule would have been fantastic!
Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I bought a supercharger for my sports car, and that weekend I went over to a friend’s house and we installed it.
About 6 months later she found the receipt. She didn’t say anything, she just put it in a place where I could see it. I picked it up, shrugged to myself, and put it back where I had it before.
That was 15 years ago. It’s never come up. Trust me, you can do it.
My wife deserves what she gets. Forty one years married. Years ago, i was out of town and she bought a complete new set of furniture. Not yet paid her back, but maybe some day.
35 years for me. Slush funds are the way to go for both of us. Your SNS will be a game changer. I'm jealous of anyone with a 26" kettle. So, obviously my slush fund is not there yet. For now other toys (new rifle optics right now) keep getting in the way and my existing 22" with SNS and PBC rock.
I usually wait for a clothes shopping expedition to Houston or for a box of dainty little shoes to arrive in the mail to make or reveal my surreptitious activities.
BTW, for the single members, follow the advice of the Car Talk guys: STOCK UP NOW.
