If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Well, its not a new cooker per-se, but I did on impulse order a Easy Spin grate for my Performer yesterday, from Adrenaline BBQ. And then for some reason I went off in search of a Hovergrill, and ordered that too! Guess I am still trying to trick out the Performer, and its been a year now since I got the SNS, and more than 6 months since I got the DNG for it, haha...
I really look forward to the Easy Spin grate, and I felt the Hovergrill could help with space for things like chicken wings and pieces, smaller stuff like that, or jerky when using the kettle.

You are gonna love the easy spin grate. Makes the cold grate sear technique so easy and man what a nice sear. Another perfect accessory for the SNS for sure.

I started to tell my wife about this, and the negative vibes were,... well, strong. Keep us posted on your results.

Haha, my existing grate is starting to look pretty shabby, so I decided the stainless Easy Spin grate beckoned me. Should be the last grate I buy. Just wait until you need a new one and get it then.
I’ve been borrowing a kitchen rack for a second tier of grill space but the wife doesn’t like me smoking up her stuff, so the Hovergrill saves her rectangular racks, which don’t work all that well on the round Weber anyway.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

For second tier, I like the idea of the Hovergrill, but I find using the Smokey Joe's, Jumbo Joe's, or PBC's grate with two bricks or wood chunks works well too.
That BBQ Dragon lazy Susan style grate looks interesting, but it’s not stainless, or they would for sure advertise it as such. If it’s plated steel it will be dead in 2 years like my Weber grates seem to be.
