Lime/avocado green Webers hard to come by?

I'm not in a rush, but at some point I would like to find a new green Weber. Either a 14" Smokey Joe or and 18" Jumbo Joe for the purpose of cooking strictly vegetarian foods on for friends that choose to eat that way. Seems fitting that it would be green. Are they hard to find?

They are scarce, but not unobtanium.
I see them now an again, over on WKC, either fer direct sale, or posted CL listins, fer other members to snag...

Th PD at work has one, an SJS... been tryin to hoss trade em fer several years, while I'm over doin weekly/monthly tests of their Emergency Generator. It's a Simpsons Limited Edition... killin me, heah!

We all (myself, an th attendin Officers) jus stand around, an laugh, after I bring it up, inevitably.

Of course, that conceivably jus might be cause they're out back, right by 'my' generator, destroyin confiscated evidence...

Hmmm, mebbe I should take me a kettle to that location at work, make some munchies, might sway El Hefe's decision to trade out with me...

So where do the brand new ones originate? A limited stockpile? Weber sells them overseas and they are imported back here?

That’s awesome. I love the vintage ones... just never lucky enough to find them on sale in my area.

I got that grill from my mom. I now use it as a dedicated pizza oven.

I am very glad I don’t have any vegeteranians who are friends.

Even I went through that phase. I have a couple nephews who are there now. Some house guests last week only ate fish so we had lots of fish tacos, and that wasn't a bad thing. I even have a buddy or two who are vegan. I'm trying ti look at is as a culinary challenge rather than a pain in the ass.
