Okay, I'll be Captain Obvious:
630.43% higher price on the Primo.
But man, it sure looks nice, and I'll bet it cooks great. But does it cook 630.43% better? Hmmm...

Quick and easy
pizza oven (you have one, but it isn't wood / coal fired)
comparitvly light and portable
possibly other stuff.
I wouldn't sell right now. You have time to think about it. There is always time.

I currently use my weber 22" as mostly a staging area while using my Pitmaster k22 kamado. But ultimately I'd say you could mostly justify getting rid of it until you are cooking a higher capacity and need the extra sq. ft.

SmokeyGator good point on being light and portable. I take my weber 22 wherever I go camping or tailgating!!

I'm pretty sure the additive affects of cooking on both at the same time offers more capacity than just using one.
If you could somehow combine them, any and all synergistic affects would manifest quite nicely.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
If those were the only two grills you have, I would argue for keeping both, as there are many times I find I need a second grill when smoking/cooking large quanties, or need one setup or indirect and one for direct. But.... you have a long list of other charcoal and gas cookers. My thought is that if you are using a diffuser plate and the entire surface of the Primo is available for smoking, you can always sear on one of your gassers or your 22" Webers. That would be a lot easier than trying to split the Primo to do 2 zone, or do low and slow, pull the meat, take out the diffuser, and setup for searing.
If it were me, I would cook on the Primo for a while, try to use it exclusively and see if you miss or need the 26". If you don't, then get rid of it to reduce clutter. I recently dropped my grill count from 4 to 3, giving away a 22" Weber to a good home that needed a new grill and couldn't afford one. I had only used the extra kettle once in the past year, and felt it was no longer needed...

I think you guys have talked me down from the ledge, and honestly I don't think I was going to jump anyway. I'll be taking your advice and cooking (pretty much) exclusively on the Primo for a while. I have space nearby the outdoor kitchen under a raised deck. I'll set up a spot to store the more movable grills like the 26 or the pizza oven so I can keep the clutter to a minimum.
