Yep, good old footage. I absolutely did not like it when they went to the bolt-on lid handle. I can literally remember the underwear I was wearing that day when in offish shock, I picked up the new weber lid to take a look-see. The ergonomics were way off. the shear weight and imbalance of the new lid in hand almost broke my wrist off, and yanking on the new weight and leverage tore and armpit muscle I am sure. The old lid was sooooo balanced. All this to save one welding step. I feel pretty strongly about this.

While in Galveston this year with me and the guys, the place we stayed had a webber with the screwed on handle. I was reverse searing some lamb chops, and had taken them off the heat and stoked it up to warp 10 with the lid on. I picked up the lid, which released from the handle and came down on the top of my foot with all its scorching weight. Still have a mark.
