is the Premium grill worth $100 more than the classic in which would you prefer

    #2
Usually the Premium kettles are $50 more, $99 vs $149. I like the premium myself since it has the contained ash bowl instead of just the open dish. No effect really on the cooking aspect, just the cleanliness of your grilling area and ease of ash removal in my opinion.

        have recently seen 26's ~ $299-ish widespread @RonB
might help start a ballpark figure.

The ash-bowl justifies the higher price IMO.

How would you describe the flavor profile with that bowl, DWCowles? 😂

If you get the ash bowl you'll need to mark the outside with something to indicate increments of vent the opening. Mark it at sliver, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and all the way hot. Once you load up it up with food and charcoal you can't see the vents.
