I can imagine the hinge upgrade for this guy would be critical.

This guy is definitely going to burn his house down, and makes Rodrigo look like a genius.

At least that other building is brick. This is dry tinder wood siding and even drier tinder mounting board.

So conflicted here, he is either a legend or a lunatic. This is either madness or the start of a multimillion dollar business manufacturing brackets for external BBQ wall mounts, need to be sturdy for a GMG Jim Bowie!

Hey, they hang tv’s on the wall. You start the bracket biz & I’ll provide the moral support.

That'd definitely violate fire codes here in TX (no open flame grills within 10 feet of a multi-family dwelling. Exception being on a balcony or patio that has a fire suppression sprinkler.) Hell, I got flak for just storing my old gas grill on my patio back when I lived in an apartment, even though I never used it.

I'd be pretty pissed if I saw this on my building, and I'd be alerting the fire prevention department of my city. Maybe because I work in the FD service, and I see too many families lose their home because of some other moron's stupidity/negligence/lack of give-a-crap... but this kind of thing irks me. That said, it's kind of funny how wheels-off that looks.

Not sure what new Jersey fire codes are like.

I think the code here now is no fire on multi dwelling patios, lots of people upset about that
